10-Year Limited Warranty

Closet Express warrants the products sold by it to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, Closet Express, as its sole obligation, will replace any product, part, or component covered by this warranty which fails under normal use as a result of a defect in material or workmanship. Closet Express will replace the part, product, or component with a comparable part, product, or component.

This limited warranty extends only to the original purchasers who purchased new product from Closet Express, for use in a single-family residence. Any product, part, or component must have been installed, used, and maintained according to Closet Express published instructions in order to be eligible for coverage under this warranty and must not have been subject to misuse or abuse. Any modifications to the original product void the warranty. This limited warranty does not cover the costs for installation, removal or other labour costs related to the repair or replacement of product.

Product must be checked upon delivery and any damage reported immediately to the carrier and Closet Express. Original packaging must be kept when making a claim.

This warranty applies only within Canada.

Return Policy

Because of the custom nature of each order, with its own unique configuration, specifications and dimensions, we do not accept product returns. If there is a product defect, damage, or error with respect to incorrect parts supplied preventing proper installation, please send us an email at customercare@closetexpress.ca with the details and photos, and we will strive to rectify the matter to your satisfaction.
